Wedding events are still the best way for wedding professionals to strike up a relationship with potential clients. This is your chance to show why you, as a supplier, can meet the bride and grooms needs rather than one of your competitors.
We always work hard to ensure a large footfall is attracted to each of our fairs with a focus on bringing real couples through the door. At past events we've had food tasting, fashion shows, hair and make up demonstrations plus much more.
We like to encourage all our exhibitors to collaborate with each other.
We're always on hand during our events to make sure all exhibitors are looked after and any requests fulfilled where possible.
We aim to create an event that is memorable and enjoyable for both bridal parties and wedding suppliers. Building connections via our wedding events within the Mid Wales area.
Entry to all our Wedding Fairs are FREE to the public.
Brides or Grooms to be who book tickets for this event receive a FREE Goody Bag on arrival, along with a complimentary drink.

Hay Castle is pleased to announce our inaugural Wedding Showcase! Wander the castle's spaces with a complimentary Prosecco cocktail and chat with our wonderful local suppliers about your Big Day. Our in-house catering partner, Epicure Events, will be co-hosting and available to discuss food and beverage options for your celebrations. Sample crockery, glassware and furniture hire will be on display. Exclusive 'on the day offers', music, historical costume photo opportunities and more, will make this Showcase a not to be missed event!
